There’s this mutual guy friend between me and my best friend. Somehow a rumor started that we kissed and I have a boyfriend. I know our guy friend didn’t start it because he also has a girlfriend he’s really involved with. I’ve cheated on my boyfriend before but definitely learned my lesson and would NEVER do it again and I know I didn’t kiss this friend of ours. How do I defend myself without seeming guilty? My best friend is mad at me over some other stupid crap and won’t give me the time of day to hear what I have to say.
The more you talk about it and defend yourself, the more it looks like you NEED to defend yourself. I would tell her ONCE what the deal is, and say I will tell you just ONCE, and then leave it up to her.
But the more you go on and on, the more it stays ALIVE.

How do you squash a rumor?
Is it too late for me to turn professional squash player?
I am turning 16 this september & i enjoy playing squash. I’m wondering if it will be too late for me to turn professional or really really good squash player?

Yes…all three very much enjoy diving.
Shah of Persia…also Pandit Nehru….especially like 3m springboard.
King Farouk of Egypt prefer 10m platform.
* All three also compete in 200m hurdles.
Is there an easy way to peel a butternut squash?
I like butternut squashes but I find peeling them hard work. What I do is I cut a butternut squash into chunks first and then remove the skin using a fruit knife. This is easier than peeling the skin of a whole butternut squash but still it takes time and much effort. Is there a better way to do it? Will it be easier if I steam a whole butternut squash first and then remove the skin?
I bake mine skin and all in brown sugar and butter on 350 degrees for about 20 or 30 minutes. Then you don’t even have to peel it the skin is edible or if you do want to peel it it comes right off.

You can get a good squash racket in any sports store or any tennis store in your city.
child wants to change "instrument of choice" in music lessons. yay or nay?

My 7 year old son took guitar for about 4 months. before he took lessons, he played a lot of self-taught improv with the radio and CD’s. so we took him to lessons. then suddenly, he ceased practicing. wouldnt do it. His instructor and I decided until he practices, the lessons need to stop. he cant go any further.
now my son tells me he REALLY wants to learn the drums. he claims he wanted to do drums more than the guitar.
this may sound like a parenting question but it’s not. Should I indulge him? I don’t want to squash his dreams but I want to know if this is a musical passion that is trying to come out. he bangs on the kitchen table and walls enough and hits his sister, maybe he SHOULD play the drums.

Ok there was a question about Mahendra Dhoni using squash balls, But i really don’t know if he uses Squash balls, and i’m only asking what’ll happen if squash balls r used.
I heard about it. That Gilly used a squash ball inside his gloved so he could hit well in World Cup last year.
It was considered legal.
Never heard Dhoni using it. But even if he did or does, it is no matter. It has been sanctioned and approved by ICC.
So nothing to worry about. Dhoni will not do anything illegal to jeopardize his career

How much would a squash court cost?
I asked about 20 people in my highschool if they would pay about $10 each for a few squash courts in the school and they all said yes. I was planning to set up a fund-raiser but how much would a squash court be along with equipment?
