On to Smackdown and the show kicked off with MVP’s VIP lounge and from what it seems MVP is back as fully heel MVP. This week’s guest was none other than Jeff Hardy and the segment got a little, lets say, personal. I was suprised that Hardy allowed them to talk about the suspension, house fire and his dogs death but this was a great segment that planted the seeds of a MVP/Hardy feud. Remember folks this is the WWE. You may try and kill your enemies with cars but never talk about their dead dog. That’s just wrong.
Shelton Benjamin v Jimmy Wang Yang: Nothing much to say about this match, it was simply a squash with Benjamin picking up the win with the Paydirt.
Segment time and the new tag team champions Ryder and Hawkins like totally brushed off Edge.
Festus v Hawkins: Predictable match with Festus picking up the win. the tag champs didn’t lose credibility though with a post match beatdown of Festus afterwards.
Another segment with Edge and Alicia. Edge told her she needed to blend in more and he would discuss things with her later. But oh no Bam Neeley was listening!Oooooooooh!
Vladimir Koslov v Stevie Richards: Richards got a great home town pop but was jobbed out to Koslov. Richards put a large amount of offence in and gained a couple near falls but the Moscow Mauler was too much and got the win. After he went up to the announce team and demmanded more serious competition which is a great sign for the future of the impressive Koslov.
Great Khali v Big Show v Mr Kennedy v MVP v Jeff Hardy v Umaga: Now any of these competitors would be great in a match with Triple H at Summerslam apart from Khali. Guess who wins. This was a good match with all the guys getting some action in. It was very back and forth and very entertaining for a six man battle royale.
Michelle v Maryse: Michelle won with the heel hook.
RAW Rebound next followed by a Maria promo. She’s coming next week. Next we had a backstage segment when Bam, yes I know. He speaks shockingly, said to Edge that Vickie had arrived. Edge said he needed to apologize in public.
Brian Kendrick w/Ezeikel v Shannon Moore: Good match here with Kendrick surprisingly solid on the mic. Needs a little more work though. This was a nice litlle match with each guy getting in offence. JR sold Moore’s kicks perfectly by reacting to them mid sentence but Kendrick got Sliced Bread No.2 which is now known as the Kendrick fro the win. JR compared Kendrick to Brian Pillman.
Backstage Bam passed along Edge’s request to Vickie to meet him in the ring. Or at least I think he said that. I think Bam got confused.
Last segment of the evening and Edge came out to apologise to Victoria. Not that one, Vickie. I know Edge has a bit of a reputation but come on! Edge said that it was Alicia that came onto him and he ‘refused’ all her advances but those conviniently on the video. After Edge apologising Vickie made her way down. The camera zoned in on Vickie and her Amy Winehouse inspired eyeliner. Vickie said she understood Edge and they hugged. But she turned her head as he tried to kiss her saying ‘Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned’. That’s true guys, dont mess with us! Vickie said she reinstated the Undertaker which was met by a massive pop. She then said it was going to be Edge v Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell. Then she laughed like a witch and it went off the air.

I thought that smackdown was pretty good this week. Not as good of matches as the wedding reception one, but still interesting.

Okay look, I’ve been living in Egypt 4 a while now, about *8 months*, I don’t really have *friends* here, so basically I do nothing the whole day, I’m so damn bored its ridiculous.. My husband works soo I’m all alone until he comes. I tried joining any sport clubs or that kinda thing, it was WAY TO EXPENSIVE, I tried looking for music lessons.. Everything.. Still way to expensive.. So I was wondering if there were anything Free* like volunteering or something affordable I can get busy with until I go back to my home country (Canada).

My squash plant is looking very healthy and looks almost done. It is my first time growing squash and I notice that flowers look like they are about to bloom on the tops of the squash. Should I pull them now? They are still hard and did not know if i should wait till then get soft.
You can pick squash at any stage you would like to. The italians even pull them when young with the blooms still on them and fry blossom and all…I pick mine when they are about 4 inches long for I like them small and tender…Normal is around 5 to 7 inches however.I have about 18 plants and only A household of two people, so I can pick them when young..I’m going for tenderness versus quantity..and with 18 plants, you get quantity as well.I have zuchinni,pattypan, and crooknecked yellow squash growing. I also suggest searching " cooking squash blossoms" on the net and you will have tons of info..some people even fry just the blossom itself..Do not pull them untill after the blossom opens..and let them get up to 7 inches long, or if you have plenty like I do..Pick them as small as you want to. I do STRONGLY suggest searching for blossom recipes like I recomended above.

A) have for your self, whats your style of playing?
B) have if you was me.. Im looking at the Wilson (K) factor series.. My style of play is different in different situations, as i over head serve id say im more of a power player but off the side wall shots are what im good at so placement is key to my play also.

Your chances are going to be slim no matter what because of the simple fact that only 18 percent of their applicant are accpeted but you do have a chance. First you need to get your GPA up to about a 3.8+. Also if you have not started to already, you need to take the most challenging courses at your school. Also you need to try to get into the top 10 percent of your class. Also your ACT and SAT scores need to be high, i suggest you take both the SAT and ACT as some do better on the ACT. PS: Mr Man-Boobs adds nothing to RAW – he’s there only to job to the title-holders and contenders, and squashes all the smaller guys in meaningless matches.
Kofi Kingston has been on a roll since January and will make a great champion. I think JBL will job to him cause of the experience gain. On the draft they had him lose cause he needed a push to show he can compete with different styles. Also Raw needed to get the pick and not ruin somebody and Kofi showed a perormance while JBL even gained heat.

Rice with Summer Squash –
INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth
1/3 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium yellow summer squash, chopped
1 medium zucchini, chopped
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook carrots and onion in butter until tender. Stir in the broth, rice, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 13 minutes.
Stir in the yellow squash and zucchini. Cover and simmer 6-10 minutes longer or until rice and vegetables are tender.

6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup crushed saltines
DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet, cook turkey in oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the squash and onion. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender; drain.
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Stir into the turkey mixture. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with the cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.

Top with vegetable mixture and remaining stuffing mixture. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until vegetables are tender.

Place the vegetables in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in baking pan. Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with herbs. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

INGREDIENTS
1 quart oil for frying
4 summer squash, cut into chunks.
1 medium onion, grated
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup dry corn muffin mix
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Heat the oil in a deep, heavy skillet or deep fryer to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C).
Place the squash in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain, and mash.
In a bowl, mix 2 cups squash*, onion, and eggs. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, corn muffin mix, baking powder, and salt. Thoroughly blend the squash mixture into the flour mixture.
Drop the squash and flour mixture by rounded tablespoons into the hot oil, and fry until evenly brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.

* If you end up with more than 2 cups squash after cooking and mashing, the remainder may be reserved in the freezer.

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the eggs until fluffy. Beat in the sugar, oil, and vanilla. Gradually mix in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Fold in the squash. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

I think there are different pressures for vertical and horizontal strings.
Which is a recommended pressure for balance between control and power?
I’m seeing anywhere from 26 – 28 typically. 26 for more power 28 for more control. This will vary with the gauge of string that you use going from a 16 to a 17 gauge or a 17 to an 18 may require you to drop tension from 27 to 24 to maintain the same feel and power. If you string an oversize frame it will be different again. If you look at the recommended tension range on packages they range from 18-40.Hope these three sites help.

Okay, so I am 16 living in London and I am thinking that a moped or scooter might be an easier/cheaper way to get around and I wont have to be squashing my way into public transport all the time! I am aware that if I wasn’t to drive one that it would have to be 50cc and not go above 30mph. But that’s where my knowledge stops, what would I have to consider in terms of insurance, license, tax, mot or what ever scooters need. Also would I be charged congestion charge and how many lessons would I have to take. How much do they cost on average and what about parking where can I park? Is it really worth ditching the bus?

And after Elite and Fabian Phenom made their way to the ring The World lost control and MA Beast hit his Beastly devise on Y2J for the big win.

I play a lot of racquetball but I recently found out about Squash. From watching it, it seems to be basically the same as racquetball but with different rackets and I don’t think the Squash court has a ceiling.
The two look very similar. Is this the case in terms of rules and how the game is scored etc. Could Squash be played on a racketball court?
It could be played on the same court but the lines are different for playing real games. They rackets in both sports are different and so are the balls. Squash is a lot harder so younger people because you have to move really fast or the ball with stop. Racketball is alot easier, it is played with a bigger ball therefore easier to hit and it bounces higher/longer/faster! Good Luck

Well I am not fat but I have a like pot belly, ALL THE TIME
and I really want it gone
I have my exams and I spend most of the time revising, ad I dont want to tire myself and the exams are in June,
But I have realised over the past 2 months I have had a bigger stomach, even in the morning.
I realised that had been eating way more than I should
Today I had no breakfast (i didn thave time and it gains weight on me:S)
then I had 2 crisp packets for break, then horrible vegetable cuirry the school gave us, 2 cups of orange squash and a quater of a bottle of water, then i came home and had a whole pizza… and I alwayd eat until I am absoloutly full and am about to burst!!
I get really really tired when doing crunches and all that and I havent had a pe lesson in a month… (easter holiday (btw my easter holiday wasnt that long, just things have been going on in school that take up the pe lesson time ))
So if I drank more water, fruit and veg and ate less of what I do and maybe have a healthier break would that work? (I walk loads in school anyway so that counts for excersize? and tomorow I my class is doing the 800 metres in school and on friday is 1500 metres so that will be a big start right?
I heard tht only drinking water and easting fruit veg and chicken (lol) for a weak will flush my system and after that I should eat healthier than I did before that… would it work? And I have 2 hours of p.e a week in school and then all that walking in school counts as excersize
so will I get a flatter stomach?
Btw I had a really flat stomach until I cyhanged my eating habbit and I HATED excersizing!! I didnt even excersize and I had a flat stomach…

well first of all, it sounds like you should cut down on the amount you eat more than what you eat. try eating smaller portions, and if you get too hungry between meals this way then maybe you should have a series of small snacks throughout the day instead of gorging yourself at meals.
also, i find that the best way to flatten my stomach with minimal effort is every night i lie on my bed and do simple crunches like pulling my knees up to my chest over and over again, while reading a book or listening to music to distract myself. if you’re paying too much attention to what you’re doing, you get tired or painful more more quickly, and it’s less effective that way!
you can also do this every half hour or so when doing your homework if you don’t have much time at night.

Off late I have been following CNN, Fox News and BBC. Most of these channels are trying to hyphenate Pakistan and Afghanistan together. It is very clear that the situation in Afghanistan is so delicate that Pakistan has a strong role to play in the region especially when it comes to stopping and crushing the terrorists that move across the border in Pakistani loosely controlled tribal belt. Having said that I would like to know exactly what do you know/think about Pakistan.
Specifically, sometimes it appears to me that when the media, especially CNN or FOX News speak about Pakistan and Afghanistan together, they outrightly forget the fact that Pakistan and Afghanistan are almost incomparable countries. More often than not, they ignore the fact that Pakistan has a history of 60 years of progress which cannot be denied. Afghanistan is the 4th most poorest country in the world, while Pakistan has the 43rd largest GDP in the world. Pakistan is the sixth most populous country in the world and holds the second largest muslim population in the world. It’s population is 3 times the total population of Iraq and Afghanistan combined. Pakistan is a major exporter of textile products across the globe and is one of the top cricket team in the world. Pakistan has produced two great squash players which ruled squash for 2 decades and Pakistan remained on No. 1 in that game for years and years and years. Pakistan has won many Gold medals in Olympics Field Hockey, Hockey World Cups and Champions Trophies. Pakistan’s young son a few weeks back got 23 As in O Levels creating a record of highest number of A’s ever taken by a student in these exams. Pakistan has produced people who have achieved the distinction of getting noble prizes. One such example is Dr. Abdus Salam for his work in the field of Physics. More importantly, Pakistan is a major source of supply of professionals including doctors, engineers, accountants and lawyers especially to UK and USA.
Above all, we are English speaking, Jeans wearning, moderates who have nothing to do with the violence in our country.
Having said that we do acknowledge that situation currently is not that good but it has nothing to do with what we did but is a spill over impact which we even saw on cambodia where the fighters always ran into Cambodian terrains to safeguard themselves. But obviously Cambodia was and is one of the most unknown and weakest country in the world.
And Pakistan has NUCLEAR WEAPONS which were acquired with the help of China and whose testing takes a lot of expertise and till date they have not reached the hands of any terrorists.

About Taliban’s resurgence in Pakistan. I can confirm you that Taliban are nowhere in control of any areas in Pakistan. There is definitely a truce in SWAT but thats the only place where that has occured. It is better to have a truce and restrict taliban rather than killing civilians in densely populated areas and help Taliban recruit more. Bajaur and Mohamd Agencies have been wiped out of the hands of taliban in only six months time. I hope Indian army can crush the insurgency in Kashmir that is going on for the last 20 years along with the 12 insurgencies in North East and ever growing communist insurgency in 13 of its states.

Should I cut up the squash into little pieces and put in water and microwave? Or will that get soagy?
Microwaving leaches vitamins, but sometimes it’s the only choice.
Best thing to do is to score the squash with a knife and put the squash in a paper bag with a teaspoon or so of additional water.
Microwave on high for a minute or two, then on power 7 for 3 minutes or so. Check it after every 3 minutes of microwaving to see if it is done.

Maybe you need to join a squash club and get yourself a good coach to teach you the basics and the right way to play, then you need to improve your physic and be fit to be able to play squash.

As you can tell by the name, this PPV has to be one of my favorites of all time. Though after my match, I might just end up one winged as I face one of the best wrestlers here, Christian. I am not going to come out here and say things like " This is going to be a piece of cake or "He is not even in my league" because I am not going to lie to you right in your face. Like I have said recently, Christian is a great wrestler and I am already expecting one heck of a fight.
But Christian make no mistake I have not came to just go and say I might win because every match I have I am going to believe I will win. Every match I have here will wake up the crowd and will not be a dissapointment. This is not a threat but a warning so get ready…….

The Funking Punk and Prasdana start the match, Both grapple up and TFP delivers and elbow to BeeRad?s face, he connects with several high kicks, and follows up with a dropkick, BeeRad remains on his feet and out of nowhere performs a running shoulder block, sending TFP to the ground, Both men the grapple up but BR locks in a Side headlock before hitting a devastating back breaker, he tags in Chris who immediately kicks TFP several times in the gut, he then surprises TFP with a sudden Boston Crab, TFP screeches in pain but breaks the hold, as Chris gets up though, TFP is quick to get to his feet and meets him with a violent Super Kick, he then dives over to make the tag to Poncho, Poncho delivers three nasty uppercuts to Chris before running against the ropes and meeting him with a clothesline, he follows with a Belly-To-Belly suplex and a standing elbow drop, Poncho has the match in his hands for the next few minutes, he sets Chris up for a piledriver but Chris escapes and connects with an enzuigiri, he then attempts a lionsault but Poncho gets his knees up before tagging in JC who goes to the top rope, he prepares for a diving cross body but is met with a huge hurricanrana, Chris then makes his way over to Prasdana but Johnny pulls him back and locks in a Crossface, eventually he lets go, and sets Chris up for the Chaos Collison, Chris finds away to avoid it however and performs an amazing Pele Kick, Prasdana is tagged in but Chaos elbows him in the face and meets him with a DDT. He then lifts him high in the air and meets him with a Samoan Drop, Johnny gains an advantage over Prasdana and performs a devastating Russian Leg Sweep, he whips him against the ropes but BeeRad makes a blind tag, Chaos doesn?t notice and still works on Prasdana, when he turns round, he is met with a HUGE Attitude Adjustment by BeeRad.1?2?3! AAA is the bigger promotion, with a larger roster of more well-known names, and they put on bigger shows. Except for the quite common gimmick matches, use of weapons and blood, AAA is similar to the WWE in production and presentation. AAA has better wrestling, but they ARE similar to the WWE. I’m a traditionalist and a purist when it comes to lucha; CMLL is as traditional luche libre as Mexican wrestling promotions come. For a lucha fan such as myself, CMLL is as good as it gets.
