It’s an issue that more and more married couples are having to go through lately. One of them is way overweight than the other and something needs to be done. It’s not really the best idea to just come out and say your fat and you need to lose weight.
That could be really harsh even though it’s the truth. There are many ways to handle a situation like this but you have to realize that your spouse will always be on the defensive. So just like if you have kids that you want to be healthy, you have to lead by example.
If you start to consistently workout, they will notice and you can slowly work to get them to join in. What you also need to do is make a day at the park with the entire family to play and run around. Small things like that can help everybody begin to get in shape.
Study more about healthy foods and exercise and get some fat burning workouts to do at home. The more you lead by example, the more the other people will eventually come around. If they don’t then there might be bigger issues at hand that require more help.
But work hard to get your family really healthy by being really healthy yourself.
Welcome to the 22nd week of Xplosion! Live from Detroit! JR here alongside Kyle & tonight is the debut of Randy Orton! Kyle: and as a result of their tag team victory last week Edge will meet JTG in singles action! JR: Our colleagues Stylez & Coachman showed the world that they have what it takes to be main eventers in this company last week especially Joey when he pinned Kung Fu Naki. Kyle: also The Rock has been named the # 1 Contender to Dolph Ziggler’s WWX X-Division Championship! Orton: it doesn’t matter what champion The Rock defeated last week, I am the legend killer & if he really is " the great one " he will step into the ring with me tonight. Or you could just add me into that squash match that Edge obviously bribed you for TED. Dibiase Jr.: Regardless of what type of past we have together Orton, i am the one with the power this time & i am the one who signed you to a contract, i will not let you walk into this company on your first day & boss me around. Of course you do make a persuasive case you are the legend killer & The Rock IS a legend so tonight in the main event you will " go one-on-one with the great one "! The Rock: Dont steal my catchphrases who do you think you are!? Dibiase Jr.: Your boss that’s who, & your match with Randy tonight will be a Hardcore Match. JTG: ch’eah! Dibiase Jr.: I can assure you i dont know why you are out here, but you were lucky enough to receive a match with my WWX Intercontinental Champion & it is next so as long as you are out here.
–
( Match 1 ) – Edge vs. JTG
–
Ray: How does he do it? Miz: Ray, this thing you have going with The Rock is cute, it’s real cute, you honestly believe that stunt you pulled last week had any effect at all? Ziggler: What are you his mother, The Rock can fight his own battles we are just trying to prove that anyone on the roster can defeat anyone else, that is how JTG got booked in his match with Edge. Dibiase Jr.: Yeah Ziggler you really manipulated that one, ill tell you what since you all seem so eager to come out here and take up air time how about a tag team match?
–
( Match 2 ) – Brother Ray & Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz & Mr. Kennedy
–
Goldberg: As 1/2 the # 1 Contender’s to the WWX Tag Team Championships & as a man who usually works alone i must say we kicked ass last week. It has also been brought to my attention that you people don’t think me & Sandman here are a very interesting tag team, i gotta admit that news does mean a damn thing to me, no matter what your opinions are the fact remains that on October 16th we will become the NEW WWX Tag Team Champions! Dibiase Jr.: You see, as much as i try to care about each & every one of your opinions when a wrestler deserves something he gets it!
–
( Match 3 ) – Sandman & Goldberg vs. Joey Stylez & Johnathon Coachman ( w/ Bret " the Hitman " Hart & Chris Benoit )
–
Hawkins: Dibiase traded Ryder to Thursday nights for me to come to the brand where all the action is! I am not eligible to compete for the WWX Cruiserweight Championship like Ryder was. Even though i am not i still….* gets turned around * JR: RKO! RKO! RKO! Orton: am i the only one that wanted him to shut the hell up? Oh i cant compete for a championship, oh what am i going to do? I didnt come to this company to listen to babies i came to face the best & i will not stand for some worthless rookie getting this much air time.
–
( Match 4 ) – Kofi Kingston vs. Big Show( w/ Scott Hall )
–
Haas: Being without my long time tag team partner Shelton Benjamin on this brand i was really forced to prove myself to myself & that means kicking ass in singles competition. Now it is my time to shine, without him holding me back & taking all of the spot…JR: RKO! RKO! Orton: Have i made my point yet? This pointless rambling on & on ends now, either you come out with something relevant to say or you shut your damn mouth! Rock: Well you better know you role because you are not in charge of who says what, you are so lucky i have to wait a little longer to get my hands on you, but you are right this wont go on any longer than one night!
–
( Match 5 ) – Petey Williams vs. Jamie Noble
–
* in the back * Dibiase Jr.: What the hell happened to my office ? You * points at Kofi * this has to have something to do with you get your ass to the ring, im adding you to the main event. * sees Punk laid out on the remains of his desk * oh damn it Booker, someone get this disgrace of a champion out of my office! * he walks to the ring * i have decided to add Kofi to tonight’s main event because of some extenuating circumstances that i would rather not discuss at this time.
–
( Main Event ) – The Rock vs. Randy Orton vs. Kofi Kingston ( Hardcore Match )
–
Kyle: Remember live October 30th 2011 is Fright Night & next week we have just received word that Hawkins & Haas are looking for revenge! JR: & of course as always thank you for joining us tonight.
( ple
damn did not mean to put Kofi in twice sorry guys ![]()
This is just awesome dude!
Edge
Brother Ray & Dolph Ziggler
Sandman & Goldberg
Kofi Kingston
Petey William
Randy Orton – getting the pin on a weary Kofi Kingston
Overall: 10/10
WQ: I’d think it suck just due to the fact that WWF/WWE has their style of wrestling and TNA has theirs. It’d suck seeing A.J. Styles with a watered down moveset.

The Afghanistan national football team includes a number of Pashtun players. Other sports in which Pashtuns participate include volleyball, basketball, field hockey, buzkashi, bodybuilding, martial arts, boxing, and others. Children’s games include a form of marbles called buzul-bazi, which is played with the knucklebones of sheep. Although traditionally less involved in sports than boys, young Pashtun girls often play volleyball and basketball, especially in urban areas. A favourite game of the Pashtuns in southwestern Pakistan is yanda, especially in Pishin, Pakistan.

The video then shows Punk leaving Summerslam through the crowd, staring Triple down on the stage.
*Tonight’s Raw is LIVE from San Diego, CA!*
"Time to play the Game" hits over the arena and the COO of the WWE, Triple H, comes out to a mixed reaction. HHH says last night was a great, yet controversial night, but he did not go to bed happy. He mentions that John Cena is at home recovering from nagging injuries and will be out of action for over 2 months. HHH says the last man he wants to represent the WWE as the first-ever WWE Undisputed Champion is CM Punk! The crowd goes crazy, chanting Punk’s name rapidly. HHH says he would like to call Punk out to the ring at this time.
"Cult of Personality" hits over the speakers and the San Diego crowd goes nuts, fully supporting Punk. Punk comes to the ring, and tells the Game "this is why I came back." Punk tells HHH no matter how bad he would like to screw him over, he’s got better things to do, and better places to be. Punk praises the crowd, talking about why he’s the "Best in the World" and why we are living in the "era of Punk" now instead of going back to status-quo with Cena! Triple H says that may not be the case tonight, because tonight we will find out the NEW #1 contender for Punk’s Undisputed Title at Night of Champions.
HHH announces a six-man elimination match involving hometown star Rey Mysterio, The Miz, Alberto Del Rio, R-Truth, John Morrison, and Kofi Kingston where the winner of the match will face Punk for the Undisputed WWE Championship at Night of Champions! The crowd goes crazy, as Punk and HHH stare each other down.

JR and King are clueless to who the two men are.
We come back from commercial and WWE Champion, CM Punk, is shown congratulating the two men who attacked The Uso Brothers. Punk said it is time for some "change" and both men brought it. Punk also revealed the newcomers to be Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli.

Swagger walks out to boos from the crowd.
We are shown hype for the main event, which is next!
Rey Mysterio defeated Alberto Del Rio, John Morrison, The Miz, R-Truth (w/Jimmy Hart), and Kofi Kingston in a Six-Man Elimination Match after hitting the 619/Frog Splash Combo on Del Rio for the last elimination and to become the new #1 contender for Punk’s undisputed championship. Punk comes out to a huge reaction and comes into the ring face-to-face with Rey. Punk taunts Mysterio with the title, but Rey does the "You Can’t See Me" taunt to a mixed reaction.
Raw closes with Rey and Punk in a staredown over the WWE Championship
You wasted this much time?
We are shown an opening package highlighting Christian and Randy Orton’s No Holds Barred Match at Summerslam! We see how Christian picked up the victory to retain his title, and it ends.
*Matt Striker, Michael Cole, and Josh Matthews welcome us to Smackdown LIVE from the Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA!*
The World Heavyweight Champion, Christian, opens up the show in the ring to boos. Christian says Summerslam was the highlight of his week. He said defeating Orton to retain the title and getting his hands on him in "No Holds Barred" stipulations was the highlight of his week also. He said there was no one else on the roster worthy of challenging him and that he would be the "greatest World Heavyweight Champion of all-time."
As the crowd continues to boo Christian, a promo video interrupts Christian. The cryptic video shows numbers and signs saying "welcome back, 3_coming_!" As the video ends, the crowd starts chanting "Y2J" and Christian looks stunned. Randy Orton’s music hits and he comes out to a mixed reaction. Orton says this rivalry between him and Christian has been going on for far too long, and it is time for it to end. Christian and Orton argue, as Teddy Long comes out! Teddy says tonight, Randy Orton will face Mark Henry in the main event, and if Orton wins, he will pick the stipulation for the match between him and Christian for the World Title at Night of Champions. If Orton loses though, Christian will pick the stipulation for the match. Orton smiles, as Christian continues to argue with Teddy Long!
Match #1: Daniel Bryan and Sin Cara defeat Wade Barrett and Tyson Kidd after Kidd tapped out to Daniel Bryan’s "crossface." Barrett attacked Bryan after the match, and hit him with the Smackdown MITB briefcase. Barrett left the ring to a heated reaction
Christian is shown still arguing with Teddy Long backstage in his office. Christian says he is tired of competing against Orton, and wants NOTHING to do with him. Teddy says this will be their "final encounter" at Night of Champions and tells Christian that is his decision, not Christian’s.
Match #2: Natalya defeats Alicia Fox after Alicia taps out to the Sharpshooter.
Match #3: Justin Gabriel defeated Heath Slater in a solid 10-minute match after hitting the 450 Splash.

Match #4: Ezekiel Jackson defeats Ted DiBiase with a sitout powerbomb. After the match, Rhodes comes to the ring and attacks DiBiase. Jackson suddenly saves DiBiase, and attacks Rhodes. Jackson runs Cody out of the ring, and stares him down as he backs up the ramp.

Promo:
Haha, I can’t help it but laughing my ass off at Vrankovic’s pathetic attempt of an excuse. YOU LOST, man, YOU LOST fair-and-square, because you hit Karic in the head with a steel chair, you idiot. You abused this company’s policy and we were all strictly demanded NOT to use steel chairs in the match. You were disqualified, because you can’t control your anger. I just used it as an advantage to take a cheap pin at Karic, and I won. Deal with it. Maybe I should hit YOU with a steel chair to the head, so I can beat some sense into your skull, because you’ve lost it pal.
It’s not illegal to team up with an opponent during a match, and you can’t use that as an exuse for "defending" yourself with a steel chair. But enough about you, Vrankovic, you’re not worthy my, nor anyone in this arena’s time. What truly matters is that I WON. I beat 3 opponents and I think that’s enough material to prove that I am the MAN in this company. You may say that I took a cheap win, but it’s all about being professional. I took the full advantage of the situation, and I won. That’s all that matters. It’s not about HOW you win the match, but that you actually win it. You have to win your matches to get anywhere in this business.
Therefore, with all that said, I demand the officials to publicly announce me the NEW number one contender for the WSF World Heavyweight Championship. Unlike katric, vrankovic and scorgasms, I WON my match, and I am the worthy number one contender here, not either one of them! So this is a message to the WSF directors; If you don’t make me the number one contender for the WSF WHC within the end of this week, there will be regrets on your side. I will demolish and tear this friggin company apart if my demands does not become a reality. There’s a dawn of a new era upon us, and it’s the era of Chris Anderson…and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Thoughts?
No, not atall.
With the draft over, I am left scratching my head. I’m not sure if I like the moves or not. Change is always good for a time. It builds interest, generates new hype, and produces new feuds. But this draft is…..well I dont know. It seems like Raw is too heel heavy, and Smackdown is too light on major stars. Here’s how I see the "main eventers:"
RAW:
Heels:
WWE Champion The Miz
Alberto Del Rio
CM Punk
R-Truth
"Next Level" Heels:
Drew McIntyre
Dolph Ziggler
Jack Swagger
Nexus Guys
Faces:
John Cena
Rey Mysterio
Big Show
John Morrison
"Next Level" Faces:
Evan Bourne
Kofi Kingston
Anaylisis? I still think Del Rio will win the title on Sunday, so we will have two champions on Raw. That will change quickly, so one of those two will, for the next month or so, be fueding with a Smackdown guy. Probably Del Rio/Christian, or Del Rio/Orton. Either way that title will go back to SD. So we are left with what? Miz/Cena? Miz/Morrison? Punk/Mysterio? Punk/Big Show? What other fueds do you see coming out of this draft? I think the E is going to have to get behind a couple of guys for face pushes. My pick would be Zigler or Swagger. If these guys can rise up and become main eventers as faces, I think this roster would be great. But if things stay status quo, its going to get pretty boring, pretty quick, and one of the 3 major heels (Miz, Del Rio, Punk) is going to be delegated to low mid card, with feuds against Kofi. Which, IMO, is a HUGE waste of talent. If it was me, I would have left Del Rio on Smackdown. Speaking of…….
Smackdown:
Heels:
Well, theres the first problem. There are no "main event" heels. There are guys that SHOULD be main event, but they aren’t. So…..
"Secondary" Heels:
Cody Rhodes
Sheamus
Wade Barrett
"Third Level" Heels:
Mark Henry
Corre
Ted Dibiase
William Regal
Chavo Guerrero
Faces:
Randy Orton
Christian
Kane
Undertaker
"Next Level" Faces:
Daniel Bryan
Sin Cara
Anaylisis? First off, they are going to have to raise up some main event heels. Cody Rhodes and Shaemus are perfect. HOPEFULLY, Cody will finally get into the title hunt and Shaemus has been there before, so it wont be hard to bring him back up. But they need to establish these guys quick. Rhodes should dominate Mysterio on Sunday, and Shaemus should be pushed as a monster again. Then we can get some interesting Rhodes/Christian, Rhodes/Orton, Shaemus/Christian, Shaemus/Taker feuds going, which will all be good! After that though, the heels are kind of weak. I am NOT looking forward to a Henry push, and we know that Chavo and Regal will NEVER be used correctly (so I can squash those dreams right now). Dibiase is going to have to find some character and step up, same with Wade Barrett. I wouldn’t mind seeing Jackson seperate from the Corre and become a major player.
As for the faces, Orton/Christian/Kane/ and the occasional Taker can carry it for the most part. And Bryan and Sin Cara are PERFECT secondary faces. But there needs to be one or two more guys in the picture. My picks? Tyson Kidd, and Justin Gabriel. If they get decent pushes, Smackdown could be in for some GREAT MATCHES!
So, like I said….if the WWE keeps things status quo, and keeps everyone in the positions they’re in, this draft sucks! BUT, if the right people get pushes and step up, this could end up being pretty good! The jury is still out, for the time being………….
its rumored that WWE is planning on doing Cena vs Del Rio at summerslam. that feud could have potential.
i see christian becoming the world champ on sunday.
orton will take it eventually.
who knows, maybe they will push dibiase on smackdown.
I will be 29 years old in June and have been watching wrestling as long as I can remember, as of late, wrestling has gotten really stale for me, I watch raw or Smackdown sometimes and am just so disappointed, Smackdown is a little better then raw, but most of the time it seem, if we are lucky, there’s maybe three to four matches and they are not even 5 minute long, the rest of the time is just stupid filler or a painfully bad divas 1:30 minute match, I miss the days of the competition between Wcw and wwf, I also just plain out miss nitro, when watching nitro you were given 3 hours of great wrestling most of the time and very often, with all the cruiserweights and all, it was not uncommon that there would be a ppv caliber match it seems week to week, also the clash of the champions was great, it really gave back to the fans, don’t you feel WWE at least twice a year should have a 3 hour event similar to clash of the champions?? Just give us some great ppv caliber matches, with no b.s. or no squash matches, I really feel they owe it to the fans, or am I asking to much out of them? Sadly I think I am, but it doesn’t hurt to wish ![]()
You are almost 30 and still watch fake wrestling lol

If they want to make money instead of loose it, then:
They should have one Saturday Night Main Event every month for free on Fox or NBC
Bring Back all old PPV’s
Bring back old titles like Women’s Championship, Un-Unify the Tag Team Championships, Cruiserweight championship, European Championship
Bring back the Tag Division
Bring Back alumni like: Snitsky, Paul London, Gregory Helms, Jeff Hardy, Nunzio, The Highlanders, The Boogeyman, Big Daddy V, Kenny Dykstra…You get the point
And Bring Back the TV-14 ERA!
I’m talking about a Divas only brand. I know Vince doesn’t give a crap about his female performers but if he was still a genius (too bad he’s not anymore) he would care about his female performers. WWE is the reason why men (including myself) cannot take women wrestling seriously even if we wanted to because they only want those divas to look good, nothing else.
If I’m correct, 30 % of the WWE fans around the world are women (maybe more, maybe less) and they would like to see the divas do better because WWE is obviously a men’s world right now, women aren’t very important. So if you have a brand (A show) where only divas will wrestle, than you will have all the female member of the WWE "Universe" tuning in every week to see their favorite diva wrestle lengthy matches (and not 2 or 3 minute squash matches) and to see them involved in actual storylines and feuds.
So don’t tell me that they won’t do it because of low ratings or because "no one wants to see women wrestle" because that’s complete nonsense. In my opinion, a Divas brand could be more successful than current and former tv shows like the ECW Brand (it wasn’t a total failure thanks to Christian), more successful than WWE Superstars (which is canceled now because nobody watched that show), more successful than WWE NXT, WWE Velocity and even WWE Sunday Night Heat. As a matter of fact…WWE’s female fan base is larger than TNA’s fan base (men and women) so a Divas Brand could have higher ratings than TNA iMPACT!
A Divas Brand would be a great way for the divas to proof that they are indeed talented and good in the ring just like the male performers. If they have their own show, they could actually feud with each other rather than just fight for the Divas Title once in a while. They could cut promos (something they rarely do on RAW or SD!), wrestle lengthy matches and have female commentators (never seen before). The Divas Championship would be the top title on the brand and they could make other championships like the Divas Tag Team Championships and have their own tournaments like Queen Of The Ring or Queen Of The WWE etc. So it could be something like this:
WWE Divas Brand:
WWE Divas Champion Eve
WWE Divas Tag Team Champions The Bellas (or LayCool)
General Manager Vickie Guerrero
Top Face of the brand: Beth Phoenix
Top Heel of the brand: Awesome Kong
Why can I…just a regular guy come up with this brilliant idea but the so called genius Vince can’t?? A WWE show with jobbers wrestling can not be more successful than a Divas only brand where the top female wrestlers wrestle.
Why can’t you work at the WWE? Better yet, why can’t you OWN the WWE?!
Seriously though, your idea is amazing. I would love for this to happen. The divas don’t get enough credit like they used to get when Trish Stratus, Lita, and Candice Michelle were around. A lot of people say that the divas we have now can’t fight, they may or may not be true, but we don’t see enough of them to actually judge that.
All in all, your idea is a really creative idea. I hope it happens one day.
