Creationists don’t deny that that inventions or discoveries were made. They hold that the Earth is the creation of a supernatural being.

Then again, neither do Young Earth Creationists (who seem to think the Earth is around 10,000 years old). They dispute timelines.

Two different types of Creationists. Which one are you referring to?

I am just wondering why do we care about football so much ?
I mean its not like we are brazil for example and win worldcup every time.

We always suck and our players don’t even play good,so I am just wondering why do we care about football, instead of looking into stuff that matters like education, research, etc stuff that matters.

What happened in stadium really saddens me I hope they would disband that zamalek team all together and disband all the football matches this season.

I mean in squash for example we have many worldwide players that do much better than football and we still care about football more than any other sport.

From 100 years ago until now we went to worldwide championship and made it to last 10 finals atleast LOL we always had our ***** kicked.
Egyptian Girl : Yeh world african cup but then what with bunch of failed players from other countries? did we ever enter worldwide championship ?
@Egyptian Girl Please read carefully the topic I am talking about then you’ll see what I mean I am not talking about African championship.
@EgyptianGirl yeah I saw what happened with Algeria but even before that we didn’t win qualify to go to championship.

I am just seeing that we giving this football too much spot light for it that we should put this energy in
and concentrate in stuff like education and scientific research and also giving sports that we are acctually good at like squash a more spotlight than football.

This is anyway my point of view.

Edit: I agree with you guys that for any society to suceed there should be science, culture,Art,Sport.
But I am not talking about banning all football I am just talking that we just used to show them more spotlight than it deserved thats why we grew up caring alot about football instead of science for example or other sports or Art or other stuff.

I personally don’t care about it, and hope people would just stop caring so much about it such as the rest of the world..

———–

Edit: Reading EP’s answer, I saw that both of you and Egyptian girl actually believe we got attacked in Sudan..? Ma7asalsh 7aga henak.. di propaganda el nezam el 2adeem..

——–

Ahh w 7aga kaman lil nas elli mish 3agebha.. Yes "our" team does suck.. Es7o ba2a..

I find it ironic that the same exact group who bashed Arizona for defending their borders. Is now pressuring the USA to squash the unrest in the middle east. It sucks when the shoe is on the other foot don’t it?
I suggest we pull out of the middle east protect our borders and let these 2 fight it out.

I believe in protecting our borders too, but your comparison is pretty far out there.

Maybe we need a support group for us effected by this.

My man and I suffering greatly from the lack of communication (internet and phone)

I am also worried about him. Worried about how much longer it will go on worried about the events in cairo around him. worried about the net being restored anytime soon. list goes on and on .

I havent been able to really eat or sleep . It’s taking a toll on me. All this "not knowing" of when and how.

Everynight I go to bed with the hope that things in Egypt would have gotten better. Go to bed with the hope that maybe the net will be on when I wake up . And at the very least can have more solid contact with him.

But this never comes. My hopes are always squashed asnd then I just worry more and more. Worried the net will be turned off for a long time. Worried that they might get hurt. Worried that it will because hard for him to get out of Egypt and come home to me. I just…it;s doing me in !!!!!

idk what to do anymore. I pray but I am not even finding solace in that lately. All I see is the people and the riots and their stubborn president. neither sides letting up soon and it just going on and on

dont worry hunn, im sure hes okayy:), i havent talked my mann too, the enternet isnt workingg , and i have no idea when there connection is back, i got 2 missed calls this morning from my bf soo im guessing some of the cell phones are back:), just dont worryy,ur man is finee, im sure youll have contact of him soon:), trust me im missing mine too soo badly. but its just hard to contact themm, but trust meee im giving youu hopee thats hes okayyy, and he’ll come back home to you:) remember to just pray, just keep try calling himm, for some people there it could be hard to contect with cuz the conection is still not perfect, soo just keep tryingg, hopefully you’ll get to him.

I have Fibromyalgia Syndrome and am on a lot of medication, including Codiene Phostphate. Becasue of this I often get constipated and take Lactulose solution. However I kind of keep forgetting so I have got really blocked up. My apetite has gone, I am so tired all the time and it feels like I am double the weight. I know I shouldn’t have forgotten to take it but now I cannot go, I am off school because it has made my symptoms worse and I go on holiday on Thursday, to Egypt.I took my Lactulose on Sunday when we realised I was constipated after two days of symptoms… I ended up having double the usual because as I am on adult dosage for normal meds it doesn’t hurt, but this just resulted in a bit of diorreaha and no relief whatsoever. I have had Senna, Lactulose, Movicol and now Laxido but these have had no effect, just a lot of passing wind. It is so frustrating, I am drinking loads of fluids like squash and coffee plus orange juice and when I am eating having fruit but so far…nothing. Please please help!

So sorry you’re having this trouble. ‘Maryeric’ gave you some good advice on here. Eating prunes, grapes, drinking plenty of water should help your diarrhea. I normally would advise getting a stool softener or laxative over the counter, but you are already on Lactulose. From what I’ve read, the Lactulose should do this for you…. Have you spoken with your doctor? He/she may be able to help you with this better than anyone on here. You don’t want to get impacted right before your trip. This is obviously something that you have been battling for some time now. Have you seen a gastroenterologist for these issues?
I know how meds can affect your GI tract, but you can’t go without those meds! Fibro just hurts too much! There is a supplement that I take for my fibro called malic acid with magnesium. It makes a difference in how my muscles feel, plus the magnesium in it tends to keep things moving for me. You might want to try it.
I really didn’t give you much info to solve your problem. I really think you should visit your doctor so you can go on your trip feeling good. Have a good holiday!

It’s pretty cool.
This guy called jesus appears in a cave out of no where. They let him out but he is already dead, so they nail him to a cross. After a few days he gets better and walks around talking to people. After awhile everyone has forgotten about him and go about their lives.

Sometime later the Israelites pack up and leave Israel so that they can spend 40 years wandering the desert worshipping a pillar of fire that they call god. One day god extinguishes a mountain that was on fire and then the Israelites stop worshipping him and go live in Egypt for a while.

Awhile later there isn’t much life around, but a big flood comes and when the water goes down the world is full of life again.

Eventually all the people die except for 2. One day, the man is missing a rib so god turns the woman into a rib bone and inserts it into the man the man feels better after that.

God then squashed the man into clay, killed all the animals, exploded the universe and then turned out the light.

It’s still fiction though…

This is to Coop 36. You say he is sinning, but, this person read it backwards, meaning it was a sin at the beginning, but then it wasn’t no more…

it happened years ago now but i always wondered about it, it was during roman times (however it took place on a location with a wall like the great wall of china and flat land below it) i was like a gladiator/warrior and i was fighting against the Romans, (and aiming to kill a roman commander, sort of like an evil general guy), i loved the violence of the battle and i felt invincible.

Also i had 2 other dreams, one was in Egypt (accident times) it was in large farmers fields and it was a big battle, we had to defend the village

and another one was at a gate in a city, i was a warrior in dark armour and we had to defend a gate house and stop them getting into the city, so we defended the gate as they came through it (to make them squash through because we were only about 7 against 100s coming in) and i was scared to harm the enemy but eventually i had to, to defend myself and i kill him, i felt like i was warming up to killing them.

To be in or see a battle in your dream, suggests that you are overworked. You need to give yourself a break. There is a conflict between your rational thinking and your irrational impulses. Alternatively, it represents eroticism. You may be overly stimulated or you are trying to suppress your instinctual urges.
To see a wall in your dream, signifies limitations. obstacles and boundaries. There is a barrier obstructing your progress. Alternatively, the wall indicates that you are too accustomed to your old habits and way of thinking. You feel stuck.
To see or dream that you are a warrior, represents your ability to confront life challenges.

To dream that you are in a foreign land, represents change in your life. Consider how you feel about the surrounding. If you are afraid or lost, then it indicates that you are not ready for the change. You are not willing to leave the past behind. If you are excited or happy in this unknown place, then it suggests that you are ready for change.

To see or pass through a gate in your dream, suggests that you are walking through a new phase of life. It also represents new opportunities and possibilities, especially if the gate is opened or swinging.

To see a closed gate in your dream, signifies your inability to overcome current difficulties. If you are unable to open the gate, then it indicates that your hard work will be seen as unsatisfactory. It may also mean that you are not ready or not prepared to move on to the next step.
