I’m going to egypt with my dad for a water sports holiday near Sharmal Shake and I dont really know what and how much to take.
bring cotton , summer clothes for the day .
bring your swimsuit and plastic footwear if you have it .
you will enjoy water sports all day , so get sunblock to protect your skin
in the evenings you would go to Naama Bay for fun.
there are discos and restaurants .

And there stuffs cheap, though the only thing they sell out there is jewllry, which ovi is alot, foods cheap TGI’s for 2 is like a tenner!! =)
But there chocolate is like double the price we pay!!

It’s renound for crime so don’t take valubles, I never bother with the 1 set of warm clothes either, it just takes up too much room and you never use them…. actually that goes for half the stuff ‘you might need’… get rid of it you don’t need it.

well im english and used to live in egypt, so really its like a normal holiday in the sun but as your going in summer it is REALLY hot, bring a hat, sun glasses, sun cream and shots, t-shirt sandals/flip-flops etc.. if you are going to go to a religious place then i advise you to wear long clothing to respect thier culture and also because egyptian guys tend to stare at foreigners…alot! um so yeah if your doing water sports than you would probably also wanna bring a snorkel, its great thier and sharm is probably the best place in egypt as it had LOTS of fish of diferent colours just off the shore. I would also advice you to have small change to tip people who help you e.g. luggage carriar, driver, maid but be careful not to get ripped off! and if your going to buy something in a souvenir shop always try and bargain with them, and do NOT settle for the first price they give you
And make sure you always convert in yur head how much it is in english (£1 = 10 EGP)…yes snacky foods will be rather expnsive as it is all imported and restaurants are about the same price as england. i know ive told you more than you wanted to know, so hope this helps!

I would recommend first to bring English money over as the exchange rate is a lot better here in Egypt today Exchange rate is 9 Egyptian pounds to 1 English

I would say 200 pounds for 1 week is more than enough that will be good for going out couple of nights and buying a little gifts to take back home ( IF YOU WILL BE ON ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL )
Food is really cheap in the fast food shops
you can bring SURE suncream 50+
sea shoes if you have one
Snorkeling equipments if you are welling to do lots of snorkeling
Sure your bikinis

mainly you dont need to take any thing with you if you wanna come to egypt cuz as long as you are going to place there a water sports you will find what you need so dont afraid of take something with you to egypt cuz you will find what you wanna there but no proplem if you take the normal things that you like to take to beach nd enjoy the sun and weather but if you not take thats nt proplem cuz you will find every thing there and it will be near you once you need and every place there include places sell necessary things you need
