The threat of losing that funding can be coercive.
After Israel gets paid, Turkey and Egypt get a big cut too. Nobody complains about that though.. because hating them isn’t a sport.
The reason i suspect they don’t do this (besides them being terrorists and all) is because there is a correlation between aid given to Palestine and increased violence.

Because the Egypt may get incentives for each killings and get more especially for the murder of infants and kids in Palestine.
