I am the youngest in the begginners class and everybody else beats me. I really want to be on the school squash team this year to impress my dad, who is a champion.
You are welcome to Squash court as a begginer.
The steps you need to take to beat fellow beginners as you said are as follows:
2. You learn about how to move your hands, legs and the racquet, especially at the "T junction in the court.
3. If you are playing with those that are short, heat the ball forward so that your opponent will be running after the ball.
4. If you are playing with people who are very tall, always watch them and drop the ball behind them.
Get to the weight room to build shoulder and arm muscles. Get out and run – sprints and some cross country jogs for stamina. Stay away from cigarettes… and make sure you get some court time in with your old man. He’ll kill you and hyper-correct you…. but hell, if he was a champ then he’ll also help you.
