If you think boxing …
… Both are very demanding, I challenge you to box for 40 minutes straight, as you would play a squash match. Please… Even badminton is tougher as the raw energy output is concerned. But you’ll never see a badminton rally go over 10-12 shots. That’s why Squash is the highest calory burning sport in the world. Tough physically, and rather long rallies in average.

I have played both …
I have played both sports and still do at a decent level. Let’s not compare the two. Both are fun to play and I think Squash, for a club player, is a bit more physical and tough sport to play. And someone who hasn’t played both sports should keep his/her comments in his/her a….. and let go when no one is around
