How to Lose weight as a 15 year old boy in a boarding school?

I am a 15 year old boy and i go to school at a boarding, I want to lose some of the fat I have around my belly and chest. I have researched and apparently getting a high metabolism will relieve the fat stores over time, another in question here, how do I get a high metabolism? Anyway I play 1 hour of hardcore squash every 3 days, and the school is quite big so I tend to walk ALOT during lesson time. Is there anything I could do to lose weight? and would that include hardcore gym sessions? I just want to permanently lose weight over time, not get rid of it extremely fast and then gain it again.


as well as exisize it is all to do with the diet im 15 and a keen sports man but with out the right diet i cannot keep my nice figure so what i do to stay trimmed is eat lots of fruits nuts as a snack insted of fatty greasy foods. and drink plenty of water also this keeps you helthy and you will look heltyer and try to eat asw many main meals like salds , tuna sandwiches, pasty foods with low fats and you should be looking fine in a couple of months try it it works but i know it is hard work and willing to eat the food when you would rater eat something els lol but you need to stick to it and i wish you the best :)

    All the doctors and nutritionists say targeted weight loss is not possible, specifically in the waist and belly places, but I achieved it with colon cleanse.
