I hear about all these rape cases, and I am wondering, well why didn’t you kick him in the nuts, then that would take the attacker out, and I’m sure he would not have any desire for sex after his nuts get squashed, i know i wouldn’t.

In such a situation the victims mind would be in panic and so kicking in the nuts may not spring to mind. And if it did, she would have to have a lucky shot as I’m sure that most men can overpower a woman due to obvious build and strength reasons. Some victims may take the total submissive route in the hope she doesn’t get assaulted and killed.
I don’t think you can say what a person would do unless you were in the situation to be honest.
